ConstructHER Legal Network, a global network dedicated to women in construction law, has launched the inaugural edition of the ConstructHER E-Magazine, marking another milestone in its efforts to promote visibility, collaboration, and professional development within the construction industry.
Founded by Mehak Oberoi, the network brings together partners, general counsel, arbitrators, in-house counsel, academics, and students from multiple jurisdictions. The magazine serves as a platform for sharing legal and industry insights while highlighting the achievements of women across the construction ecosystem.
The inaugural edition features thought leadership articles, interviews with leading practitioners, and updates on developments in construction law from around the world. The publication reflects ConstructHER's broader mission of advancing Voice, Visibility, and Vocation for women in construction law by fostering cross-border dialogue and building a strong global professional community.
Inside the First Edition
The inaugural edition opens with the Editor's Note from Mehak Oberoi setting out the vision behind the network. The Feature Interview section carries insights from Justice Gita Mittal, while the Arbitrator's Perspective section features Shruti Khanijow's piece, "Never Have I Ever... Notes from the Other Side."
